Founded by Andi, whose real estate journey began in Belgium selling residential, commercial, and hotel investments for the Accor Group, Echelon was born from a desire to combine expertise with lifestyle.

Drawn to the palm-lined streets, sea views, and high quality of life, Andi chose Marbella — Europe’s “Little Miami” — as the perfect setting to build something personal and elevated.

After gaining experience at one of the region’s top luxury agencies, he launched Echelon with one goal: to offer a more bespoke and personal approach to real estate.

The name Echelon, from the French word for ‘ladder’ or ‘level’, reflects our mission — helping our clients move forward in life, one step at a time. Founder of Echelon, Andi Jahja is more than a real estate professional — he’s a born entrepreneur, a passionate networker, and someone who thrives on helping people move to the next level in life.

Born and raised in Belgium to a Belgian mother and Albanian father, Andi grew up immersed in two rich cultures. This unique background gave him a deep understanding of how to connect with people from different walks of life — a skill that has become one of his greatest strengths.

Andi’s journey started early: by 15, he was already working in Belgium’s top restaurants and quickly rose to team leader roles with major brands like Coca-Cola, Jupiler, Jack Daniels, and Piper-Heidsieck at some of the country’s largest events and festivals — often leading teams of people much older than himself. His career evolved into real estate, where he gained experience selling residential and commercial properties, as well as hotel investments within the prestigious international Accor group. He later took on the role of sales director for a major solar and smart lighting company before deciding to follow his passion for luxury real estate abroad.

Drawn by his love for the sea, mountains, and a vibrant lifestyle, Andi chose Marbella — the “Little Miami of Europe” — over Miami itself. After building experience with one of the Costa del Sol’s leading luxury agencies, he founded Echelon to bring a more personal, high-end approach to real estate.

But there’s much more to Andi than his impressive résumé. A lifelong football fan who played in Belgium, he’s also an avid padel player who networks and builds relationships both on and off the court. His past as an English boxer and K1 fighter taught him to never shy away from a challenge — and he brings that same fighting spirit to advocating for his clients’ best interests (just ask him; he’ll joke that he’ll “fight for your deal”).

A true connector, Andi’s diverse upbringing and magnetic personality make him comfortable engaging with people from all backgrounds. He’s also a trained public speaker and coach in leadership, communication, sales, and NLP — skills he uses daily to guide clients with clarity and confidence.

A born entrepreneur, Andi even launched his own Italian handmade necktie and pocket square brand, Paladini, before putting it on pause to fully dedicate himself to growing Echelon. He’s never been one for the 9-to-5 mentality, preferring to pour his energy into building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

And while he once loved traveling the world, Andi jokes that since moving to Spain, he’s found such happiness in Marbella’s beauty and lifestyle that he feels less need to roam. Instead, he’s focused on helping others discover this unique slice of paradise and accompanying them through every echelon of their journey to a new home or investment.

Urtina Zefi’s story is one of resilience, talent, and heart. Born and raised in Kosovo to an Albanian family, Urtina’s childhood was shaped by extraordinary challenges that taught her the value of family, perseverance, and loyalty from an early age.

When she was just five years old, her country was torn apart by war. Her mother fled Kosovo alone with seven children, embarking on a long and difficult journey to find safety in Italy, while her father stayed behind to care for his own father and protect their home.

During that time, the family spent almost a year in Italy without knowing whether their father was safe. When the war ended, they returned home to Kosovo, reuniting with him, though they mourned the loss of several loved ones.

Growing up in a warm and close-knit family, Urtina was raised with strong values of respect, loyalty, and gratitude. Her upbringing instilled in her a deep empathy for others and an unwavering commitment to her loved ones — qualities that shine through in every aspect of her life.

After moving to the capital of Kosovo, Urtina pursued studies in law and journalism. Alongside her studies, she gained experience in hospitality and sales, and went on to host her own radio show on one of Kosovo’s most popular stations. Her captivating voice isn’t limited to speaking — Urtina is also a talented singer who can beautifully perform even the most challenging songs, a gift she shares with her siblings and cousin, an international pop star.

Urtina’s passion for beauty and design led her to move to Spain for love, where she studied interior design and now collaborates with some of the most prestigious brands in furniture, lighting, and décor. Her keen eye for style and attention to detail allow her to bring unique insights to Echelon’s clients looking to turn their new houses into homes.

Outside of work, Urtina loves taking care of herself, going to the gym, spending time at the beach or pool, traveling, and staying connected with her family and close friends. Although she adores life in Spain, her heart will always carry a special place for her homeland of Kosovo, which she misses deeply.

Urtina brings warmth, creativity, and a genuine dedication to everyone she meets — making her an invaluable part of the Echelon team and a trusted guide for clients seeking not just a property, but a true home.

I’m Angelo Bussolotti, and while real estate is my professional passion, who I am runs deeper than just my work.

Born in Venezuela to incredibly hardworking Italian parents, I moved to Spain at just three years old — a new chapter that shaped my perspective and helped me grow into a true citizen of the world. Growing up surrounded by diverse cultures and people from all walks of life taught me something priceless: how to genuinely connect with others, no matter their story or background.

I’m fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, and I’m currently learning Hungarian — inspired by the love and encouragement of my wonderful girlfriend and her family. I believe every language opens new doors, and the more ways we can connect, the better we can serve, understand, and build lasting relationships.

My journey into real estate wasn’t by chance; it came from a genuine desire to grow and make a meaningful impact. I quickly realized real estate is about much more than transactions — it’s deeply personal. It’s about helping people find the place where life unfolds, milestones happen, and new chapters begin.

Outside the office, I’m a passionate explorer of life. My favorite hobby? Trying new things. From chess to mountain biking, hiking to fencing, swimming to skating, poker to padel — I’ve always been fueled by curiosity and a love for discovering what I’m capable of. These days, golf and go-karting have captured my heart, along with a growing passion for motorsport. Not the cheapest hobbies, but absolutely thrilling — and that’s exactly the point.

At the end of the day, I’m someone who loves learning, connecting, and living life fully. I bring that same energy and dedication to helping you find the place you’ll be proud to call home.
